​Wisaan kongsakunthawon is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Rizberry Company Limited, where he leads the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth initiatives. With a career spanning several prominent marketing and public relations firms, he has built deep expertise in brand strategy, integrated marketing, and corporate communications. Beyond his executive role, Wisan is an active investor with holdings in a number of key strategic companies across various industries. He holds a BBA in Marketing from Thammasat University, reflecting a strong academic foundation that complements his professional achievements.

 

Tanadit Charoenchan, CPA., is an accomplished Executive Partner with extensive experience in operations, finance, marketing, and mergers and acquisitions in start-up and growth companies. He has a track record of increasing sales and growing the bottom line while focusing on operational improvements to maximize productivity and reduce costs. Furthermore, he has successfully arranged significant financial and funding transactions for several deals, such as the MUSD 400 iPSTAR satellite project finance, the first PO BTHB 5 bond issue, the MUSD 400 merger and acquisition with Starhub, and several initial public offerings. Tanadit has held various strategic positions in the Broadcasting, Telecommunications, Food and Hospitality, Internet/Trading, and Real Estate industries. He is currently the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Director for Sahamitr Pressure Container PLC and Globlex Securities Co., Ltd., and the Independent Director for Power Solution Technologies PCL. In addition, he is the EQCR Partner for AST Master Co., Ltd. and the Founder and CEO of Rizberry Company Limited. Tanadit held C-suit roles at Asset World Corporation PLC, Minor Food Group Plc, and Thaicom Public Company Limited. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Thammasat University, an MS(Computer) from Chulalongkorn University, and MBA from Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

 

 

Paiboon Panuwattanawong is our Executive Business and Technology Partner with more than 25 years of experience in the technical field related to satellite communications, engineering management, project management, and quality control. Paiboon was the lead engineering manager for the construction and launch of Thailand's first communications satellite, Thaicom-1, which was launched in 1993. He was also in charge of the engineering team for the world's first broadband satellite, Thaicom-4 (iPSTAR), launched in 2005. Paiboon was Chief Technical Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Thaicom Plc. Paiboon earned an MSEE from Carnegie Mellon University and a BSEE from Yale University.

 

 

Kamonmit Vudhijumnonk is a Legal Executive Partner who has received several advanced law degrees, including a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, a Master of Laws from the University of London, and a Master of Laws (Magna cum Laude) from the Vrije Universitat in Brussels. In 1981, he became a Thai Barrister after completing his education at the Council of Legal Education in Thailand. Throughout his career, Kamonmit has held various legal positions, including as a Legal Officer at the Office of the Juridical Council, serving as an Associate at the Bangkok office of Baker & McKenzie, and a Senior Associate at the Bangkok office of Coudert Brothers. He has also held leadership positions at several companies, including Shinawatra Computer & Communications Public Company Limited, Shin Satellite Public Company Limited, and Ini3 Digital Public Company Limited. In addition to his professional work, Kamonmit has served as a part-time lecturer at Thammasat University and Chulalongkorn University and as a senior lecturer at Dhurakit Pundit University. He is a member of the Thai Bar Association. Kamonmit has worked on a wide range of legal matters, including joint venture agreements, government contracts, the establishment of representative offices, financial and securities laws, share subscription and shareholders agreements, acquisition and launch of satellites, and various share purchase agreements.

 

Narumon Arunvaranont , CPA., is a Senior Accounting and Finance Partner with over 30 years of experience in growing companies, primarily in the advertising and digital marketing sectors. With a comprehensive background in mergers and acquisitions, Narumon has played a key role in start-up evaluations, negotiations, and post-acquisition integrations. Her expertise in organic growth is equally impressive, encompassing business planning, cost control, talent management, and corporate responsibility initiatives.
Narumon's career began as an Auditor and Business Consultant, where she led audit engagements and provided business consulting and M&A financial advisory services. She notably served as CFO for CFO Profession Ltd. and as a part-time CFO for a holding company with diverse interests. Her tenure at Siriwana Ltd., an investment holding company of Thai Beverage Plc, saw her optimizing shareholder wealth and managing overseas hotel assets.  Her experience with Asian Expansion involved similar roles in auditing, consulting, and M&A advisory services. As CFO at Aegis Media Thailand, she achieved a significant increase in billings through M&A and organic growth. Her leadership in finance and HR was pivotal in winning a global award for Corporate Responsibility initiatives. Her earlier roles include Regional Financial Controller at Aegis Media Asia Pacific, Finance Director at Siamese D’Arcy, Accounting Manager at CCT, and Senior Auditor at SGV Arthur Andersen. 
Educationally, Narumon holds an Executive MBA from Sasin in collaboration with Kellogg School of Management, a Master's in Accounting from Thammasat University, and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Chulalongkorn University. Professionally, she is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA®) and a Certified Public Accountant in Thailand.

Darm Nana is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in top management roles across multiple industries, including retail, consumer products, media, banking, and renewable energy. He has held key leadership positions such as CEO of Power Solution Technologies, where he drove sustainable growth through business restructuring and development, and CFO of RS Public Company, where he spearheaded three major business transformations. Darm is skilled in business strategy, capital markets, credit risk, and corporate banking, with a proven track record of managing large teams, restructuring debt, and executing M&A deals. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in Economics from Thammasat University.

 

Watcharin Opassathien is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and ASEAN Certified Public Accountant (ASEAN CPA) with a Master of Science in Accounting from Thammasat University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with second-class honors from the same institution. Watcharin has extensive experience in financial accounting and reporting, having held leadership roles in several companies, including Pruksa Real Estate, Total Access Communication, Anglo-Thai Co., JCDecaux (Thailand), Ekchai Distribution System, Krisdamahanakorn, and Ernst & Young. She has served as SVP Head of Financial Accounting, VP Head of Financial Accounting and Reporting, Financial Controller, Finance and Accounting Manager, Accounting Manager, and Deputy Accounting Manager. Watcharin 's professional qualifications and working experience make her well-suited for roles involving financial accounting, reporting, and audit assurance. As a partner in our Audit Assurance Department, she has worked with us for several years.

​Thanyaluk Buathong is an accomplished finance and portfolio management executive with more than two decades of experience driving strategic growth, investment performance, and corporate transformation across leading Thai organizations. She has held senior leadership roles at INTOUCH, Minor Food, and THAICOM, where she led high-impact initiatives including major M&A transactions, large-scale project financing, and group restructuring programs. Known for her strong analytical capability and board-level communication skills, she has overseen multi-billion-baht investment portfolios, delivered strategic insights to enhance performance, and successfully managed complex projects such as the award-winning US$400M IPSTAR satellite financing and the amalgamation between INTOUCH and GULF. With a solid academic foundation from Chulalongkorn University and executive training from Harvard and the Thai Institute of Directors, Thanyaluk brings a rare combination of strategic vision, financial expertise, and leadership excellence to every organization she serves.

 

 

Chachaya Suthanaruk is a Partner in the Accounting and Finance Practice Group. She is a skilled finance and accounting professional with a Master of Business Administration in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Thammasat University. Throughout her career, Suthanaruk has gained a wealth of experience in various finance and accounting roles, including as Asia Africa Credit Lead and Finance Lead at Monsanto Thailand, Finance and Administrative Director at JCDecaux Thailand, Financial Controller at Electrolux Thailand, Finance and Accounting Manager at Zimmer Medical Thailand, Accounting Manager at Exel Thailand, Accounting and Reporting Manager, Treasury and Credit Manager, and Regional Business Analyst at DuPont Thailand, and Cost Accountant at Loxley Bangkok Public. In addition to her academic and professional qualifications, Suthanaruk has also completed a range of inter-personal development programs, including coaching and counseling, leadership and management, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, emotional intelligence, situational leadership, generation difference understanding, and global and regional leadership exchanges. These skills make her well-equipped to excel in leadership roles and effectively manage and motivate teams.

 

Ketkarn Buspaket is a valued Partner within the Accounting and Finance Practice Group, bringing extensive experience in finance and accounting roles across a diverse range of industries. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a strong ability to manage and develop teams, ensuring high performance and efficiency. Ketkarn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Dhurakij Pandit University, which provides a solid academic foundation supporting her practical expertise. Her comprehensive background encompasses financial analysis, strategic planning, compliance, and operational management, making her a well-rounded and highly capable professional in the field.

Mr. Chumphon Prechadet is a financial advisor with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and risk management. He has worked for several companies in various financial roles, including as a vice president of finance for Rizberry Company Limited and Asset World Corp Public Company Limited and as a department manager for corporate finance at Thaicom Public Company Limited. In his roles, Mr. Prechadet has been responsible for creating and monitoring risk mitigation strategies, managing loan drawdown, and disbursement, analyzing financial consequences of delays in commercial operation, establishing control systems, and improving operational procedures. He has also been responsible for arranging client financing solutions, managing credit control policies, and providing communication for regulatory and enforcement policies. Mr. Prechadet also works as a financial advisor at Nam Theun1 Power Company Limited, focusing on risk management and financial planning.
